We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your personal data with data brokers. Any geolocation or device-type data is processed in aggregate form to display link analytics charts to account owners.

  • Right to Know: You can request information about what personal data we have collected, shared, or sold in the past 12 months.
  • Right to Delete: You can request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (like completing transactions or security logging).
  • Right to Correct: You can request correction of inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Selling/Sharing: Since we do not sell or share data, there is no direct link required. However, you can manage tracking parameters under Cookie settings.
  • Right to Limit Sensitive Data: We do not collect sensitive data (e.g. social security numbers, race, financial details) unless entered optionally by you for billing.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not deny you services or charge different prices if you exercise your privacy rights.

5. How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request under the CCPA or CPRA, please use our support page or email us. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request.

Your request must provide sufficient information that allows us to verify you are the person we collected information on, or an authorized representative.
